BreakThrough Physical Therapy, a partner of Confluent Health, is hiring a Physical Therapist for our outpatient Pelvic Health team. Whether you're an experienced Pelvic Health clinician or an orthopedic PT ready to build a new specialty, you'll have the structured support to grow and the time outside the clinic to actually enjoy where you live.

You'll join a tight-knit team of three Doctors of Physical Therapy and a physical therapist assistant, led by Katie Knight, PT, DPT, APHC Regional Director and Clinic Director, and a Certified Pelvic Health Physical Therapist through Evidence In Motion. The team also includes a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and a certified dry needling specialist, reflecting the same EIM-driven mentorship pathway you'll have access to.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for NC licensure)
• CPR and First Aid Certification required
• Prior pelvic health experience preferred but not required training provided for orthopedic/outpatient PTs interested in specializing
