Cardinal IG in Spring Green, WI is currently hiring for Weekend Shift & 3rd Shift Electro-Mechanical Technicians. Cardinal IG is a national leader in insulated glass units for the residential window market. We are a privately held organization committed to excellence in everything we do. This position will maintain, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on all plant equipment in a highly automated manufacturing facility. Requirements:

• Repair/replace defective equipment/parts on a scheduled or emergency basis.
• Troubleshoot/repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems.
• Demonstrate good judgment in decision-making independently and in a team environment.
• Ensure operation of machinery and electrical/mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
• Goal oriented, self-motivated & model values in behavior.
• Have a positive attitude and committed to continuous improvement and success of the organization.
• Communicate effectively with managers & other maintenance associates on tasks performed.
• Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• 2-year Associate Degree preferred or 2 - 5 years of experience with the above job requirements.

Shift Requirements:

• Weekend Shift: 4 AM to 4 PM Friday, Saturday, Sunday OR Saturday, Sunday, Monday
• Third Shift: 10 PM to 6 AM (5 days) or 8 PM to 6 AM (4 days)
