There is nothing in our inventory as valuable as the Associates who take our reputation to the marketplace.The Setup/Warehouse Person is responsible for performing tasks involved in the setup of new farm equipment and parts displays. Assist as needed in processing and shipping orders to the customer.Job ResponsibilitiesSetup of various farm equipment that is new and unusedResponsibilities may include receiving, picking, packing, auditing, and shipping merchandise to the customerLoad and unload truckloads of merchandiseVerifies orders to ensure accuracyOperates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse and yard are well-maintained, kept orderly, and free of debrisMaintains quality standards set forth by warehouse managementMaintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing requests, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computerAssist in counting physical inventoryPrepare parcels for mailingBasic Qualifications & InterestsAbility to use and operate hand, air, & power tools necessary for the setup of farm equipment.Attention to detail and quality when performing setup responsibilitiesWilling and able to stand at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodationWilling and able to perform tasks which include pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting with or without reasonable accommodationWilling and able to carry 50+ pounds with or without reasonable accommodationMust be able to operate a forkliftPreferred Qualifications & InterestsHigh School Diploma/GEDOther DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the associate for this job.
