We have an immediate opening for an experienced HOA property manager to be responsible for the direct management of a community portfolio. As a property manager, you will manage a select number of community properties while delivering exceptional property management services to your Boards and community homeowners. Our goal is to maximize asset value for the communities we serve. Candidates with HOA community management, commercial, and or multi-family experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio HOA community properties Manage and maintain annual budgets, billings / financials, & contract renewals Build relationships with homeowners, Board members, vendors and internal staff Perform general property inspections & respond to community business needs Schedule and attend meetings with home owners and Board members as required (evening meetings required) Skills Successful track record of 3 or more years experience as property manager or 2 or more years of HOA experience preferred Strong analytical and business problem solving skills Complete understanding of property management and HOA financial aspects Competency in MS Office (Excel) and relevant databases and software Excellent written and verbal communications Customer focus and detail orientation Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills Well organized with excellent time management skills DNI Properties is an equal opportunity employer Location DNI Properties, Inc. 662 Office Pkwy Creve Coeur, MO 63141 #J-18808-Ljbffr
