The ideal candidate will have experience tutoring or teaching reading, language arts, and/or math. This role involves working with students of various ages, providing personalized instruction, and utilizing effective teaching strategies to enhance learning outcomes. What's in it for you? Qualifications Ideal candidates will be a state certified teacher with a PEL (working towards, current, or expired). Ability to work 4-12 hours a week between the hours of 4-7pm Mon-Thur and/or Saturdays from 10:00am - 2:00pm . Proficiency in utilizing learning technology to facilitate instruction and improve student engagement. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with diverse learners. A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed academically. Higher salary for candidates with the ability to teach upper level math and/or ACT/SAT prep.
