Chief Financial Officer

The client has acquired two large supermarkets in Union, New Jersey, and is building its executive team. The Chief Financial Officer will lead the finance function and help oversee overall financial performance across the business. The role will run the finance department, manage profit and loss responsibilities, and oversee all budgets. The Chief Financial Officer is expected to provide strategic financial leadership to support decision-making and business planning. The ideal candidate is a senior-level finance executive with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, including strong prior experience managing PandL. Prior experience in mass-market retail is appreciated, along with having held senior finance leadership roles such as VP of Finance, CFO, or Chief Financial Officer. Confidential
