Compensation & Incentives

• Competitive Salary : Earn between $78,000 - $90,000 , reflecting your skills and experience.

Professional Development & Support

• Orientation & Training: All BCBAs receive a fully customized virtual orientation at the center for which they are hired, along with six (6) weeks of ongoing training.
• Career advancement opportunities with ongoing training & professional development.
• Ongoing training established clinical practices and automated clinical tools.
• Centralized home office support for intake, hiring, training, authorizations, billing, and more.
• RBT training provides more interaction and collaboration, including an RBT Buddy who checks in with new hires and provides ongoing support throughout their training.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
