DENTAL ASSISTANT

Dental AssistantMy client is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Dental Assistant to join their practice. You will greet patients, prepare exam rooms, and help the dentist during patient examinations among other dental procedures. Between patients, you will clean exam rooms and replenish supplies. When not working with patients, you will also assist with administrative tasks, including answering phones and organizing patient records as needed.Duties and Responsibilities:Gather patient information and health backgroundPrepare each work area for proceduresTake x-rays of patients' teeth when necessary and display results for the dentistAssist the dentist during examinations and dental proceduresPrepare materials for crowns or dental impressionsEducate patients on good oral hygiene habitsRestock treatment areas and monitor inventorySkills and Qualifications:Dental assistant certificate from an accredited vocational school (preferred)X-ray certification a plusExcellent understanding of dental hygiene proceduresKnowledge of aseptic and sterilization techniquesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detailHigh level of patience, empathy, and compassion (required)For additional information on this opportunity, please contact Sascha Roman directly via call or text at View phone number on click.appcast.io.You can email me at View email address on click.appcast.io
