Junior's on Harrison is a modern American restaurant in the heart of Lakeview where families gather for brunch, friends meet for cocktails upstairs, regulars know our team by name, and hospitality always comes first. We believe great food matters, but great people matter even more.

Junior's is part of Hufft Marchand Hospitality (HMH), a locally owned restaurant group built on creating places we'd want to eat, drink, and spend time ourselves. From neighborhood restaurants to pizza shops, bars, ice cream, and everything in between, we're constantly growing, evolving, and looking for people who want to grow with us.

We're searching for an Assistant General Manager who leads from the floor—not the office. Someone who can coach a team, solve problems before guests ever notice them, jump behind the bar when needed, run food during a rush, celebrate wins, own mistakes, and make every shift better than the one before it.

The right person will:

  • Lead by example and earn respect through action.
  • Create memorable guest experiences every single day.
  • Build and develop an incredible team culture.
  • Keep service standards high without losing the fun.
  • Understand the business side of restaurants—labor, sales, inventory, and profitability.
  • Stay calm under pressure and find solutions instead of excuses.
