Retail Lead Generation Representative

We’re looking for high‑energy, outgoing professionals to join our Lead Generation Representative team . This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, thrive in fast‑paced retail environments, and are motivated by sales goals. In this position, you’ll proactively connect with customers at partner retail stores , spark interest in our services, and generate qualified leads for our sales team. You’ll also help customers schedule service appointments—playing a key role in driving new business for Service Champions.

Full time and part time opportunities are available in Concord, Pittsburg, and Brentwood.

What You’ll Do:

• Proactively engage retail customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Generate qualified leads for the sales team
• Set up service appointments with interested customers
• Represent Service Champions positively at in‑store kiosks
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be available to work Thurs. - Mon.
• High‑energy, positive, and outgoing personality
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfort working in a retail or customer‑facing environment
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented mindset
• Sales, promotions, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primarily responsibility for the Lead Generation Representative include:

• Know and live up to Service Champions core values at all times.
• Walk around or stand at in-store kiosks at assigned stores in the SF Bay Area speaking to clients regarding our products.
• Schedule appointments and follow ups with clients and our field teams.
• Accurately log client information in Service Titans.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store management and team members.
• Participate at in-store events.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Service Champions offerings to answer client questions.
• Ensure monthly revenue and lead generation goals are met or exceeded.
• Represent Service Champions with integrity, energy, and professionalism.

Qualifications

ROLE REQUIREMENTS :

• Retail experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Energetic, confident, outgoing, and self-driven personality.
• Comfortable being on your feet and talking to anyone.
• Must be comfortable initiating conversations with clients.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends for in-store events.
• Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language.
