Sr Credit & Collections Specialist

Title: Sr Credit & Collections Specialist Location and Work Arrangement This role is primarily virtual, with required in‑person training sessions. Candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance from one of the company’s offices for onboarding and potential onsite requirements. Responsibilities Follow established guidelines to collect past‑due insurance premiums and health insurance claims. Research validity of past‑due or disputed debt. Generate demand letters. Prepare reports reflecting the status of credit and collection activities for management review. Minimum Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of commercial debt collection experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications Specialty experience in pharmacy or home infusion. Knowledge of Medicare and commercial insurance. Strong understanding of denial management and reimbursement processes, including claim submissions, corrected claims, and payer follow‑up.
