About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to bring top-tier craftsmanship to our residential remodeling projects. This is a full-time, hands-on role for a skilled tradesperson who loves working with their hands and taking pride in a job well done. You’ll work autonomously across local job sites, delivering great results across multiple trades on exciting custom renovations.

Key Responsibilities

Carpentry & Framing: Handle structural framing, window/door installs, custom trim, casing, cabinetry, and detailed finish work.
Drywall & Finishing: Hang, tape, mud, sand, and texture drywall to a seamless finish.
Patch & Repair Work: Complete punch-list tasks, hardware installations, and general home repairs to finish projects strong.
On-Site Execution: Read plans, troubleshoot job site challenges, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on residential remodeling experience.
Strong skills in framing, finish carpentry, drywall, and general repairs.
High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
Courteous, professional approach when working in clients' homes.
