Lead Maintenance Technician

In addition, you will also be responsible for performing maintenance and repair on a variety of industrial mechanical systems and equipment, such as forges, presses, high temperature ovens, and metal fabrication work. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our operations through your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide oversight of work being done by other maintenance mechanics- Provide instruction and guidance on best practices to complete work- Utilize SAP (or a related MRP system) to manage jobs, order parts, and develop work plans- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of industrial systems.- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement improvements and resolve issues.
