Member Experience & Lending Specialist

Wheelhouse Credit Union

Wheelhouse Credit Union in California is seeking an Universal Service Representative I responsible for growing member relationships, opening new accounts, and handling routine teller and vault tasks. You will process deposits, loans, and payments while ensuring accuracy and security. You will advocate for members, cross-sell credit union products, comply with BSA/CIP regulations, and support branch colleagues at onsite events.
