This position offers flexible FTE options, minimal call, no evening or weekend clinic hours, and the option to include OB – creating an excellent work-life balance. Schedule

1. ​​ Full-time | 0.75 - 1.0 FTE | Onsite at CentraCare – New London
2. ​ Days | 8-hour shifts | 7:30am – 5pm (No evenings or weekends)
3. ​ Minimal Call
4. Option to Include OB in your practice – not required
5. Rotation in Same Day Clinic

Pay and Benefits

1. Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year
1. Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
2. Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
3. May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

1. BE/BC in Family Medicine
2. Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
