This is a fast-paced, people-facing role ideal for individuals who are outgoing, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance. Key Responsibilities Conduct On-Site Voter Registration at high traffic locations Engaging and Educating residents on programs and initiatives Distribute literature, materials, or resources relevant to outreach efforts Collecting data and feedback, report using provided tools and systems Representing the organization professionally Meeting daily and weekly outreach targets Attending trainings and team briefings Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods Comfortable speaking with people from diverse background Self-motivated and goal-driven Reliable and punctual Must be at least 18 years old Must pass a criminal background check Experience in sales, canvassing, or outreach preferred (not required) Bilingual English - Spanish preferred (not required) Driving Requirements (If/when Applicable) Valid driver’s license Current proof of auto insurance Reliable personal vehicle Ability to travel between outreach areas If you don’t have a car, no worries, we can/will drive you.
