Graphic Designer

Overview The Axel Group is seeking a Graphic Designer for our client's team. Our client is a well-established construction management firm with over 50 years of industry success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating polished, professional business documents and presentations to support marketing and business development initiatives. Responsibilities Design and format professional proposals, qualification packages (RFPs/RFQs), presentations, and other business development materials. Create clean, visually appealing layouts that enhance readability and maintain brand consistency. Develop graphics, diagrams, charts, and infographics to communicate technical information clearly. Produce polished PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, interviews, and marketing efforts. Edit, proofread, and format proposal content for accuracy, professionalism, and consistency. Collaborate with marketing, business development, and project teams to gather information and prepare submission materials. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines. Maintain and update marketing collateral, project sheets, resumes, and templates. Ensure all materials adhere to company branding and quality standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within construction, architecture, engineering, or professional services industries. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Excellent layout, typography, and document production abilities. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and effective collaboration across departments. Compensation Salary up to $70,000.00 per year.
