Financial Systems Analyst

Location: Bridgewater, NJ (Hybrid) Full Time Employment

This role will support multiple business solutions, Oracle Cloud Financial systems, such as FCCS and Essbase, as well as SAP Financial systems, Group Reporting and SAP Analytics cloud.

The candidate will participate in the monthly administration design, development, testing, training, implementation, and ongoing support of these system solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle systems for fashion with an understanding of basic accounting principles.

The span of responsibility will be to globally support the Client global user base and their usage.

The Business Analyst will work with a cross functional team consisting of Corporate Financial Systems team in NJ, TPG teams, Global users in NYC, NJ, Asia, Australia, and Brazil. This also may include business and consulting resources in the administration design, development, and implementation of Oracle solutions & capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job:

• Support administrative actions of Oracle and SAP Cloud systems and SAP cloud systems.
• Monitor system functions and perform corrections when needed with an understanding of system capabilities will own documenting business requirements and conducting system validation and testing.
• Translates business requirements into technical, system capability requests.
• Problem solves issues reported by business teams via detailed analysis and resolution.
• Supports the business teams in their understanding of the systems and capabilities.
• Partners with core project teams to ensure system capabilities meet business requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-3 years relevant experience.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree

Mandatory Skills:

• SAP & Oracle Cloud EPM
• Highly proficient in Excel
• Must be detail oriented with a high degree of problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrates proficiency in performing a wide range of tasks, responding to changes in direction and priorities and accepting new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High degree of collaboration across multiple departments.
• Background in Accounting or Finance preferred, with experience in the design and implementation and administration of financial systems and applications.
• Ability to develop new processes and drive improvements for various finance departments.
• Must be able to prioritize responsibilities in order to ensure adherence to strict deadlines.
