Project Manager (Washington DC-Baltimore Area)

We are looking for a hybrid structural engineer in the DC-Baltimore area to join a non-corporate business focused on high-quality building envelope and structural investigations across the DMV area.

This is a hybrid position with direct communication with leadership, offering autonomy, clarity, and a collaborative working environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Knowledge of concrete restoration, masonry, stucco, waterproofing, and façade systems.
• Familiar with field testing such as concrete slump, air, moisture testing, etc.
• Proficient in evaluating and diagnosing structural and waterproofing deficiencies.
• Experience preparing repair scopes, CAD drawings, and quantity take-offs.
• Ability to perform building condition assessments.
• Skilled in assisting with preparation of construction documents including specifications, bid forms, and detail drawings.

What You’ll Need:

• Work authorization (Required).
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil or Architectural Engineering (Required).
• Registered EIT, PE (Preferred).
