Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and evaluations to diagnose patients' mental health conditions effectively.
• Provide comprehensive medication management and monitor the efficacy of treatment plans, adjusting as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and other team members to create a seamless continuum of integrated care.
• Offer crisis intervention support during moments of emotional distress, utilizing trauma-informed care approaches.

Compensation and Benefits
