About the Position

GSK Solutions is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) for the Float Pool . This role is based in a high-acuity, Level 1 Trauma Center , requiring the ability to manage critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-volume ED environment. The RN will primarily care for boarder patients in the ED and may float to acute care units as needed.

Work Environment:

• Level 1 Trauma Center with very high patient volume
• Fast-paced, high-acuity Emergency Department setting
• Exposure to a wide range of patient conditions and critical cases
• Primarily assigned to ED
• Must be willing to float to Med/Surg, Stepdown, or ICU units as needed

Requirements

• Active RN License (Georgia or Compact State)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Level 1 Trauma facility
• Strong Emergency Department experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications (required)
• Experience handling high patient acuity and critical care cases
