Position Overview LifeStance Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists for our Tualatin, OR office. Candidates should be passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Qualifications Fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT). Unlicensed associates may be considered. Experience working with adults, children, adolescents, or across the lifespan. Must reside within commutable distance of the local clinic(s). Ability to deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare in both in-person and telemedicine settings. Desire for work-life balance and professional growth. Flexible work schedules and hybrid model (telemedicine and in-person flexibility). Benefits Competitive compensation: $123,000–$141,000 per year, no cap. Compensation is productivity-based.
