You’ll conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each client’s unique voice, needs, and aspirations. What We’re Looking For Skills: Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and group facilitation, crisis intervention, problem-solving, and decision-making. Licensure: Full or Provisional LCSW, LCMHC, or LCAS | Dual licensure preferred Experience in Substance Use services preferred Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
