Mobile Social Worker — Housing Stability & Wellness

Volunteers of America–Greater New York is seeking a Social Worker (Mobile) to support formerly homeless clients in Permanent Supportive Housing across The Bronx and Brooklyn. You will manage a caseload, coordinate with case management and staff, and promote well-being and stability. We welcome applicants with a Master\'s Degree in Social Work and LMSW licensure within 12 months, plus 2+ years of experience with adults facing serious mental illness, substance use, or homelessness. #J-18808-Ljbffr Volunteers of America-Greater New York
