Day in the Life As a dispatcher, you will answer incoming client calls, dispatch HVAC and plumbing service calls to field technicians, schedule appointments to provide prompt and convenient service, maximize technicians’ time and mileage, use radio and tracking devices to direct technicians, keep clients updated, and continuously seek feedback to improve scheduling efficiency while maintaining client satisfaction. Qualifications At least one year of experience as a dispatcher Relevant customer service experience Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Ability to type 35–45 WPM Ability to pass a background and drug test Familiarity with HVAC or plumbing industries is a plus but not required Benefits Competitive wage, comprehensive benefits package, paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) plan, free training, and flexible work schedule.
