What You'll Do Every afternoon brings new opportunities to lead, support, and inspire. You'll: Oversee the daily operations of an after-school program serving school-age children. Coach, mentor, and support Group Leaders and Aides. Create a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued, and engaged. Plan enriching activities including games, STEM projects, arts and crafts, homework support, outdoor recreation, and team-building activities. Build strong relationships with families, school administrators, and community partners. Manage attendance, staffing, scheduling, communication, and day-to-day program operations. Foster a positive team culture while ensuring every child has an exceptional after-school experience. Who We're Looking For We're looking for leaders who are passionate about developing both children and teams. Successful candidates often come from backgrounds in: Education Childcare Youth Development Recreation Summer Camps Coaching Community Organizations Military Youth Programs Parks & Recreation If you've supervised staff, managed programs, or led groups of children, we'd love to hear from you.
