The opportunity Our EPM team combines deep financial planning expertise with modern technology solutions to solve our clients’ most pressing challenges. You’ll guide clients through the complexities of Enterprise Performance Management—from redesigning FP&A processes to implementing technology-enabled planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions. Our Advisory Seniors help clients transform their financial planning capabilities, optimize decision-making processes, and build scalable frameworks that drive organizational performance. Your Key Responsibilities As a Senior in Financial Planning and Analytics, you will deliver complex FP&A and EPM projects, applying judgment and selecting appropriate methodologies to inform recommendations. You will coordinate with junior colleagues, meet performance objectives, and support client engagements. This role offers the chance to tackle complex issues, learn best practices, and grow professionally. Lead the effective management and delivery of financial processes, solutions, and projects. Ensure a focus on quality and risk management while driving continuous process improvement. Guide teams and supervise others to deliver complex technical initiatives. Deliver agreed activities and apply judgment to inform recommendations. Coordinate the work of junior colleagues or team members. Ensure deliverables meet client service, quality, and risk management standards. To qualify for the role, you must have Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business) Minimum 2 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in: Strategic planning, long-range planning, and annual operating planning (AOP) Budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes Financial modeling and scenario analysis Management reporting and business performance analysis Capital planning and investment analysis Strong FP&A functional background from corporate finance roles Consulting or advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations, process improvements, or EPM solutions Proven track record translating business challenges into improved planning and decision-making processes Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities—able to deconstruct complex issues and leverage financial data to drive insights Experience working with EPM platforms is a plus, such as: Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS, ePBCS, FCCS), OneStream, Tagetik, or similar solutions Understanding of how these tools enable FP&A processes is valued Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence Willingness to travel to meet client needs Ideally, you’ll also have Industry experience: FP&A, Financial Planning, Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance roles in operating companies Consulting experience: Advisory, implementation, or transformation consulting in finance functions Both perspectives allow you to understand client pain points while delivering practical, sustainable solutions CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials Familiarity with technical concepts such as data integration, cloud computing, or system architecture Exceptional interpersonal skills that build trust and foster collaboration with C-suite executives and finance teams Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong executive presence What We Look For We seek top performers who are passionate about financial planning and analytics, thrive in dynamic environments, and are committed to delivering exceptional results. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $97,300 to $178,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $116,700 to $202,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
