Client Services Representative

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our overnight team in a third shift position working 6p-4a in a bi weekly schedule rotation of M/Tu/W/Sa & Sun/Wed/Thur/Fr. Starting pay ranges from $17-18 depending on experience in addition to an overnight shift differential of $2/hour for any hours worked between 8p-6a M-F & any hours worked Sat-Sun. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced emergency environment, enjoys helping both people and pets during stressful situations, and can remain calm, organized, and professional overnight.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required; veterinary or medical experience preferred

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with office software and systems

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Successful candidates must be able to work independently overnight while maintaining strong teamwork and communication with medical staff

As the first point of contact for many emergency and specialty clients, CSRs play a critical role in supporting hospital operations, maintaining efficient patient flow, and guiding clients through emotional or urgent situations with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing high-volume incoming phone calls and client communication

• Greeting and assisting emergency and specialty clients

• Supporting front desk and administrative hospital operations overnight

• Maintaining accurate medical and client records

• Collaborating closely with veterinary technicians, assistants, and doctors

• Assisting with patient intake and emergency workflow coordination

• Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and professionalism throughout client-facing areas of the hospital

• Supporting clients through emotionally sensitive situations with compassion and discretion
