Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $2,268 per week

Job Overview Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel RN in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for a 12‑hour night shift assignment in Grafton, Wisconsin. Key Details Specialty: ICU Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/22/2026 Duration: 12 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week (12‑hour shifts) Shift: Night (12 hours, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2,268 Contract Completion Bonus: $500 Location: Grafton, WI Responsibilities Work 12‑hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM). Every other weekend requires rotation. No on‑call responsibilities. Provide care for patients with COVID, sepsis, stroke, general surgical, cardiac/vascular procedures, and post‑surgical recovery. Manage ventilator/trach, invasive lines (A‑line, CVP, Swan), drains/tubes, Foley, chest tubes, CVVH, balloon pumps, and CRRT (NxStage). Possibly float to intermediate units (patient ratio up to 1:3), MSU, ED boarding (1:4), and observation units (1:4). Use EPIC charting; preferred familiarity with Alaris pumps and Pyxis medication dispensing. Complete one day of orientation with educator and preceptor. Adhere to scrubs policy: any color except camo, denim, or hoodies. Maintain sick‑call limit (over 2 sick calls may lead to contract evaluation and possible termination). Qualifications 3+ years ICU experience required; experience with CRRT (NxStage) preferred. Patient ratio of 1:2 (acuity based). Required certifications: BLS, ACLS. Preferred certification: NIHSS. Skill in ventilator/trach management, invasive line management, drains/tube management, Foley, chest tubes, CVVH, balloon pumps, CRRT (NxStage).
