This role involves supporting the crew with site preparation, layout, painting, cleanup, and traffic control. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work outdoors in varying conditions. Key Responsibilities Assist with layout and preparation of work areas for striping, including measuring and chalk lining Load, unload, and organize paint, thermoplastic materials, stencils, and equipment Operate hand tools and support striping machinery under supervision Mask and protect surfaces that do not require markings Apply paint or thermoplastic material using sprayers, hand liners, or other tools as directed Set up traffic control devices and signage to ensure safe work zones Perform cleanup of tools, equipment, and job site at the end of each shift Follow instructions from the Foreman and communicate effectively with team members Wear proper PPE and comply with all safety requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
