ABOUT OUR AGENCY I opened my State Farm agency in 2011, continuing a family tradition that goes back three generations. My dad has been a local State Farm Agent for over 40 years, and my brother and I are also part of the State Farm family. Before becoming an agent, I served in the Air Force, which helped shape my appreciation for teamwork, dedication, and serving others.

Giving back to the community is a big part of who I am. I serve as the board chair for our local school district and believe in finding ways to make a positive impact where we live and work.

My agency is made up of a team with a great mix of ages, personalities, and experiences. We're a group of go-getters who want to be the best we can be, both individually and together. We enjoy spending time together outside of work, whether that means team lunches, dinners, or simply celebrating our successes. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager for Tyler McClung - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
