We’re hiring a Field Service Technician to provide on‐site service, inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance for conveyor belt systems at customer facilities across the region.

What youll do

Perform on‐site service, inspections, and preventative maintenance on conveyor belt systems
Fabricate, install, splice, and repair conveyor belts and components
Identify wear issues early and recommend maintenance solutions to prevent downtime
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently and safely
Accurately measure, cut, and assemble belting materials per work orders
Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams regarding service findings
Maintain service documentation and follow safety procedures at all times
Travel regularly, including overnight stays, as needed

What were looking for

1+ year of experience in field service, maintenance, or hands‐on mechanical work
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to read tape measures and basic mechanical drawings
Comfortable working at heights, in tight spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Willingness to travel, work overtime, and weekends as needed
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
OSHA 10 and Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain)
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Previous conveyor belt or industrial maintenance experience is a plus, but not required—we train the right people.

Customer sites, industrial facilities, and occasional warehouse work
Physically active role using tools, equipment, and service vehicles
Safety‐driven environment with required PPE
