Job Summary:
The Account Relationship Manager is responsible for identifying the needs of new and current clients to support their success in referring Spartan's services. This position develops relationships with clients and educates them on the services Spartan offers.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage Spartan's social media marketing and company image across platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other applicable social media platforms. 
• Utilize the company's sponsorship allowance to identify sponsorship opportunities throughout the calendar year. 
• Plan company and marketing-related events, including cookouts, golf tournaments, networking events, and other events. 
• Create PowerPoint presentations for prospective clients and the internal mitigation team to help keep marketing ideas and opportunities aligned with the operations team. 
• Contact prospective clients regarding opportunities to work with Spartan and communicate referral incentives available for new projects referred by clients. 
• Schedule bi-weekly or monthly meetings with new clients interested in working with Spartan and manage the ongoing relationship between Spartan and the client. 
• Log all potential clients in the CRM and maintain their relationship status, including potential, sold, not interested, follow-up, and other applicable statuses. 

Qualifications: 

• Previous account management and/or marketing experience preferred. 
• Strong communication skills and comfortable working in a client-facing role. 
• Willingness and ability to travel. 
• Outgoing and energetic personality. 
• Valid driver's license required. 
• Two years of account marketing experience preferred. 
• Two years of experience building business partnerships preferred. 
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. 
• Willingness to complete a drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
