Dietitian for Community Health & Diabetes Prevention

Native American Community Clinic

A community health organization in Minneapolis is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage chronic disease prevention and nutrition education. The ideal candidate will assess nutritional needs, provide counseling, and collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient health outcomes. Candidates must have a degree in Dietetics, be a Registered Dietitian, and preferably have experience working with the Native American community.
