Salary: $60,000-$90,000 + annually, plus performance bonus

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering an exceptional client experience. You’ll play an important role in executing critical client projects while supporting their day-to-day operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Support: Coordinate client projects involving vehicle registration, permitting, and licensing, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

• Reporting & Analytics: Use Excel formulas and functions to analyze data, create reports, track trucks, and monitor processes.

• Client Communication: Serve as a key client contact, providing clear communication, setting expectations, and following through to ensure a positive experience.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and make day-to-day operations smoother.

About You

You’re an organized, articulate, and detail-driven professional who takes ownership of your work and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. You may come from a background in client service, project coordination, operations, or a similar role.
