Identify and connect with top talent through strategic sourcing and outreach
Use advanced search techniques (including Boolean) and platforms like LinkedIn to find the right candidates
Build targeted pipelines by mapping out competitor and industry talent pools
Coordinate and schedule interviews, partnering closely with leadership and clients
Play a key role in matching great people with great opportunities
