Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant

Gulf Coast Village Home Health in Cape Coral, FL is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to provide compassionate, in-home rehabilitative care to seniors. In this role, you will deliver treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist, supporting residents’ mobility, strength, and independence so they can safely age in place. You’ll follow individualized care plans, document progress, and educate patients and families on exercises and safe movement. Working within a resident-centered, team-oriented culture, you will collaborate closely with nurses, therapists, and care coordinators to ensure high-quality, personalized care and meaningful relationships with those we serve.
