Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Clerk / Administrative Assistant

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM. Part-time or Full-time hours available

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk / Administrative Assistant to support daily warehouse and office operations. This position is responsible for receiving and processing incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, assisting with outbound shipments, and providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries daily.
• Scan delivered goods into the inventory management system.
• Verify and reconcile received shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods to management.
• Organize and stock received products on designated shelving and storage locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory audits as needed.
• Prepare outbound packages for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers and shipping services for outgoing deliveries.
• Perform general office and administrative duties, including filing, data entry, answering phones, and maintaining records.
• Keep receiving, storage, and office areas organized and clean.
• Assist team members with additional operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous shipping, receiving, inventory, or administrative experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move packages as required.(Package weight is less than 10lbs)
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Hours:

• Monday through Friday
• Start time: 6:00 AM–7:00 AM
• End time: 2:00 PM
