Community Services-Service Specialist Plainview (Part-Time)

South Plains Community Action has an immediate part-time position available for a Service Specialist in our community-based office in Plainview Texas. The Service Specialist will complete applications for the Community Service programs as needed. The Service Specialist must be knowledgeable of all SPCAA programs and community resources and be willing to perform outreach and establish partnerships. The Service Specialist must demonstrate effective communication skills and be able to discuss programs and assist residents of the community in seeking solutions for family and community needs. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. Required to travel frequently within our agency service area. High school diploma or equivalency is required, computer proficiency, Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred and proficiency within Microsoft applications. Must reside in Hale county.
