Location: Milwaukee Area
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) + Overtime as Needed
Compensation: $25-30/hr

Job Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems
Troubleshoot and resolve facility and equipment issues
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and facility improvements
Use hand and power tools to complete maintenance tasks
Track work orders, parts, and repairs in CMMS/ERP systems
Follow all safety standards and procedures

Qualifications
1–3+ years of facility maintenance or industrial maintenance experience
Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems (refrigeration required)
Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
Basic computer skills (CMMS, Microsoft Office)
Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications
HVAC certification
Refrigeration certification
NFPA 70E training
