Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns and identify their strengths and challenges.
• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that encompass goals, targeted interventions, and progress monitoring to facilitate client success.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and medical professionals, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.
• Offer crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and develop detailed safety plans for clients in immediate need.
• Advocate for clients’ rights, connect them with valuable community resources, and provide effective case management support.
• Participate in community engagement activities to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma, enhancing the visibility of mental health resources available to the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals, families, and groups from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
