We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Production Manager who can lead teams, optimize processes, and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What will you be doing? Coordinate, schedule, and monitor production and warehousing activities in accordance with company policies and procedures. Manage semiconductor production processes and lines in a highly technical environment, ensuring overall line success. Evaluate daily and ongoing plant performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and quality. Oversee daily departmental operations to ensure smooth and effective workflows. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity. Lead regular performance discussions with operators to strengthen skills, understanding, and accountability. Identify, evaluate, and support plant improvement initiatives in collaboration with engineering teams. Initiate and participate in process development and cost-reduction projects. Assist with department budgeting and expense management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and industry standards. Address operational challenges and implement solutions to improve workflow and output. Lead, mentor, and develop team members to support professional growth. Partner with senior leadership to establish operational goals and execute strategic plans. Develop and implement plans for efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment. Review production costs, inventory levels, and product quality to maintain profitability. Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency and working capital. Manage full employee lifecycle responsibilities, including hiring, training, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Who are You? Strong leadership and people management skills, including coaching, performance management, and team development. Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, preferably in semiconductor or similar high‑tech environments. Experience with lean manufacturing, process optimization, and cost‑reduction initiatives. Ability to analyze KPIs and operational data to drive decision‑making. Budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑control expertise. Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and quality systems. Project management skills, including experience leading major initiatives. Proficiency in production planning, inventory control, and capacity management. Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and continuous improvement mindset. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years of management and team leadership experience. Demonstrated experience in semiconductor or comparable industries. We are Offering...
