Civil Engineer Project Manager

A growing civil engineering consultancy is seeking a Project Engineer with 5+ years of experience in land development to join their collaborative team. This position involves contributing to a range of site development projects through design, documentation, permitting, and coordination with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Design site layouts, grading plans, stormwater systems, and utilities using Civil 3D. Prepare construction documents, drainage reports, and permit submittals (including SWPPPs). Attend municipal meetings and support the project approval process. Coordinate with internal teams and outside consultants. Mentor junior staff and contribute to project scheduling and deadline management. Support client communication and uphold project quality standards. Qualifications: B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field. 5+ years of site or land development experience. PE license Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Solid understanding of stormwater design, grading, and utility layout. Strong communication, time management, and team collaboration skills.
