No experience? No problem!

Our comprehensive paid training program will give you all the tools you need to become a confident and successful instructor. While prior swim experience is a bonus, it’s not required.

We’re looking for team members who are passionate about helping children learn, grow, and have fun. As a swim instructor, you’ll teach water safety, swimming fundamentals, and confidence-building skills in a safe and encouraging environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Teach swim lessons to children of all ages and abilities
• Help students build water safety awareness and swimming confidence
• Maintain a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment
• Communicate with families about student progress
• Deliver excellent customer service

• $17.00 – $23.00/hour (based on experience)
