What You’ll Do:

• Greet and engage customers in a busy retail environment to understand their needs
• Skillfully demonstrate and recommend the best smartphones, wireless plans, and technology solutions
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving sales
• Build rapport and encourage upgrades, add-ons, and repeat visits
• Track sales activity and customer interactions using CRM tools
• Stay current on the latest wireless technology and promotions
