Part-Time Accounting & Billing Specialist

Banyan Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting & Billing Specialist (Part-Time) to support our day-to-day accounting and administrative operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and customer service.

What You'll Do: ✅ Manage accounts receivable, including customer billing, payment application, and collections follow-up

✅ Process accounts payable invoices and maintain vendor records

✅ Assist with company credit card administration, receipt collection, and reconciliations

✅ Prepare ad hoc reports and support accounting projects

✅ Maintain office and kitchen supply inventories and coordinate ordering as needed

✅ Support the Controller with month-end and other accounting-related activities

Qualifications: • Associate degree or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Experience: • QuickBooks Online

• Bill.com

• Month-end close support

• Small to mid-sized business environment

Position Details: On-Site

⏰ Part-Time (approximately 20-25 hours per week) $24-$28/hour
