Location: Finger Lakes Region, New York
Position: 13-week contract
Schedule: Full-time Nights, 11:00 PM7:30 AM
Hours: 5x8hr shifts, every other weekend and holiday rotation required
Dates: 06/09/2026 09/12/2026
Requirements:
- Previous long term care experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced ltc setting
- Strong medication administration and patient care skills
- Flexible with weekend and holiday scheduling
Certifications:
- Active LPN license required
- BLS required
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to long term care residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately
- Complete accurate charting and documentation
- Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team
- Support resident safety, comfort, and quality of care
