Job Title Plant Controller Location: Itasca, IL, Hybrid (primarily onsite, approximately 4 days per week) Summary Seeking an experienced manufacturing accounting professional to lead the financial operations of a manufacturing facility. Requirements Proven experience as a Plant Controller, Manufacturing Controller, or equivalent in an industrial manufacturing environment Strong expertise in managing month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting Familiarity with purchase accounting and technical accounting standards Experience with ERP systems, ideally Epicor Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Lead and execute the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation Ensure the integrity of general ledger activity and supporting financial documentation Manage accounting functions within Epicor ERP environment #ZR-PRO
