Projects can range from $10M to $50M+ , providing an opportunity to lead significant projects from mobilization through closeout.

Senior Superintendent Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from project mobilization through completion
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Maintain project schedule and drive critical milestones
• Coordinate daily activities with the Project Manager and project team
• Conduct and lead subcontractor and OAC meetings
• Ensure quality control and adherence to plans/specifications
• Maintain a strong safety culture across the jobsite
• Coordinate inspections, testing, deliveries, and site logistics
• Identify and resolve field conflicts and constructability issues
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Manage punch list, turnover, and project closeout
• Serve as a key representative of the company with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

Ideal Background

• 8+ years of commercial construction experience
• Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up projects
• Strong experience with tilt-wall / tilt-up construction strongly preferred
• Experience with industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or large commercial xhyhwjd projects
• Ability to manage projects in the $10M–$50M+ range
• Strong scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality-control skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
• OSHA 30 preferred
