Role: AI Support Engineer

Location: Chicago, IL (On-site with Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Client: CGC/Sidley

Visa: US Citizen

Pay Rate: $45-$50/hr. on 1099 all inc

Job Summary:

The AI Support Engineer will provide the day-to-day operational support function and act as the primary technical resource for user issues.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• L1/L2 ticket triage and resolution

• User troubleshooting and usage support

• ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot issue diagnosis

• Access and configuration troubleshooting

• Incident management and escalation

• Root-cause analysis for recurring or complex issues

• Coordination with the Platform Administrator and Engagement Lead

• Coordination with OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft support where required

• Accurate ticket documentation

• Identification of recurring issues and corresponding knowledge-based updates

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor's /master's degree in CS or equivalent.

• Should have 8+ years of required experience.
